How We Gather Information
As part of providing you with our service, we may obtain information about you from the following sources: public sources; applications, forms, and other information that you provide to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means. This information may include your name, address, employment information, income, and references; your transactions with us or others. This information may also include real estate records and telephone numbers.
Sharing Information Outside CCS
Only in the event of us receiving an appropriate judicial or regulatory order to divulge your information to an equally appropriate third party, will we provide information about you to third parties outside of CCS without your consent. Furthermore, only such information as is permitted by law shall be divulged.
In addition and as an exception to the above, we may need to provide information about you to our bankers to assist us in effecting certain banking transactions.
We do not otherwise provide any information about you to any entity unless you authorize us to do so. In the event of such authorization, these non-CCS affiliated companies will not be allowed to use this information for purposes beyond your specific authorization.

We also take steps to safeguard client information. We restrict access to the personal and account information of our clients to those employees who need to know that information in the course of their job responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with international standards to protect client information.
We also have internal controls to keep client information as accurate and complete as we can. If you believe that any information about you is not accurate, please let us know as soon as possible.
